Hello everyone!  I haven’t posted in a few days…it’s been crazy around here.  My husband finally “moved” home permanently as he just got out of the Army!  Yay!   We have been unpacking and finding new homes for things…AND getting ready to leave for Italy.  I know that I’ll have lots of fun new pics to share from my trip.  In the meantime, maybe I can sneak in a few photos before we start our 3 week journey.  Hope everyone had a happy 4th of July!

OK, I know I said I wasn’t going to mess with editing for a while.  But I had taken this a few weeks ago, and it was practically begging to be edited.   I cropped the photo (first to protect the identity of the young’uns) but then realized the photo had greater impact once focused on their nervous hands and feet.  I then enhanced the red color, and desaturated everything except for the gowns.  Lemmeknowwatchuthink (that’s NJ-speak for “do you like it?)

NOTE:  I have desaturated some of the red color and toned it down a bit.  Hopefully it doesn’t look so “neon” now!  LOL
